Burger King is one of the world's best-known fast-food brands. When Fusion Group — the Hungarian franchise operator — went looking for a technology partner for a full website relaunch, they chose Oander after an invited tender. The requirements: top-tier IT security standards, strict international brand compliance, and a CMS the marketing team could run themselves, without developer support.
International franchise brands operate under strict design and security guidelines that leave no room for compromise. At the same time, the new website had to work for local users — with clear, intuitive navigation and a customer journey that actually supported business goals. The starting point: a static website that was neither measurable nor easy to extend.

Before the first design draft, there was analysis. We reviewed heatmaps and user-behavior data from the old website, identified pain points, and used them as the basis for ergonomics and UI planning. The result was a custom-built frontend that fully met the international brand guidelines while staying easy for editorial teams to manage, with no technical background required.

The new Burger King website meets the parent company's highest IT security requirements, can be fully maintained without developers, and gives visitors a measurably better experience. A static page became an actively managed digital platform.
Brands with global design systems and compliance requirements need a partner who can handle both: technical precision and creative flexibility. In Saudi Arabia — where global franchises and international brands meet local market expectations — that combination matters just as much. We've proven both are possible at once.
